I live in Brazil, so I used to eat Acai everyday, mostly because there was an Acai place nearby work. About 500 mililters (17 oz) or a whole liter (34oz) almost every day. Never made much of a difference, although it tastes very good and its kinda healthy.
Unless there's something else in the formula of these medications, they won't make much difference on how your look.
Some how people wan overeat and spend money for getting fit. That is why all kind of scams are so attractive.

I can only say this: To the perfect body, are there no easy way! It requires hard workout and a strict diet, if you want to look like the people from 300.. I recomend you go to youtube, and watch some of the nice home workout videos, because some of them are really good! If you use 1-2 weeks to study workout and the muscles and how to train them, and all that, you can make your own program that fits to you! Come on guys, there really is no easy way to a perfect body!

To everyone out there want you to know that what is being said here is absolutely true. To maintain a healthy body you don't eat less or just fruit and veg. I am no doctor, no medical examiner or nuetritionist, I am a simple sport-a-holic. The best way to loose weight is too eat more, but you have to eat more in the right way. With that comes daily ctivity even if it means running for an hour or doing a couple push-ups and sit-ups every night.
This product hides every fact and for people who are desperate in getting ripped will jump at this opportunity , especially if people who seem to have no interest in itare apraising it. I have been excersicing for close to 11years straight now im only 21 (so dont get the wrong idea) but my abs have only recently started showing good results, this is due to my body growing continuosly so it will take alot of time people must just hang in there.
And what ever you do, DO NOT BUY ANY ACAI products until such time as a bulletproof showcase is made.

Well I just started taking Acai.. so i am not sure about the weight loss thing... yet... but i do know that the cleansing part does work.... I have IBS and have struggled with constipation for years... I have gone more in the past two days then I did over a three month period...

I'm always very skeptical of these types of fads. I recently got redirected to one of the generic "look like Arnie in 4 weeks if you take these two pills" ...hmm yeh right anyways i left a comment on the site just to see if "the unpaid general public could leave comments AND QUESS WHAT???? Surprise surprise when i hit the POST COMMENT link it said "your comment has been sent for review" LOL and we all know what that means.....unless you comment saying something along the lines of "the sun shines out of this pills arse" then it will never see the light of day.

Great article and tales back some of the smoke and mirrors. I've tried Acai in juice form, and whilst it seems to have a calming effect on the digestion, I can't say it's actively helped weight loss. Sadly I think Queen Bee is right!!

I Bought this product before reading this article, i have used it for a week and made no changes to my diet or exercise. The result is, that, surprise surprise, no change to my weight either. My bank account got zapped for $64 which i rang the company at panama (i live in England)the call probably cost half of that!! I demanded they put my money back and send me a cancellation. After lots of communication issues i eventually got my cash refunded into my account. All these companies have terms and conditions you should read before entering into a contract as it tells you in the small print.
I am now going to eat less and move more its the best way forward i think.
Thanks for posting this. While I was actively working in the natural health field, I found myself trying to explain this to many people who were looking for the 'miracle cure' for weight gain. Cleansing is great. Antioxidants are great. But for losing weight, it's all about what (read the ingredients!) you put in your mouth and how much of it you burn off. Now I'm off to exercise!

I did not try the Acaislim weight loss pill yet, but I have order it already, I really want to try it, this product on the website did not charge your credit card for again & again, it is one off things, and I check in the website news below, Acai Berry contain antioxident, it help to cut off calories for dieting, that is the recent I want to try, but for safety reason I won't try it for long, just one month, then I stop & have one tablet for one week to maintenance the result if it works, will tell you later.
